Zhouyuexi, male, from Hengshan, Hunan Province, researcher and doctoral supervisor. He is currently Deputy Chief Engineer of China Academy of Environmental Sciences and chief expert of water pollution control engineering technology.

Graduated from the Department of environmental engineering of Tsinghua University in 1990, obtained a doctorate degree; he joined the Chinese Academy of Environmental Sciences in the same year and has been engaged in the research, development and application of water pollution control engineering technology; national outstanding professional and technical talents, national candidates for the new century million talents Engineering and national environmental protection professional and technical leaders enjoy special subsidy of the State Council; and "environmental protection engineering" is entitled to special subsidy of the State Council Editorial Committee of environmental science research, Journal of environmental engineering technology, chemical environmental protection, etc.; director of water industry branch of China Civil Engineering Society; Standing Committee of water pollution control committee of China Environmental Protection Industry Association; senior member of China Society of Environmental Sciences; vice chairman of water treatment and reuse Professional Committee; and landmark of "water pollution control and treatment" of national science and technology major special project Results: responsible experts, river subject experts group members, basin experts group members, doctoral tutors of Tsinghua University, Beijing Normal University, Tongji University, experts from Beijing Environmental Protection Bureau, experts of water pollution prevention and control cooperation expert group in the Pearl River Delta, etc.
