1. It is  the production and preparation equipment of membrane products, and the production and preparation equipment of membrane technology has always been an important bottleneck restricting the membrane industry. At present, most of the production equipment depends on imports, and the price is very expensive. The other part is domestic, and they are all non membrane research professionals, which can not meet the requirements of membrane technology and innovation. Through in-depth research and mastery of various membrane making equipment, we have successfully solved the major problems in the field of membrane. We have developed hollow fiber membrane spinning machine, seven hole membrane spinning machine, tubular membrane production line, flat membrane and roll membrane production line belt, support layer composite hollow fiber membrane production line and other membrane making equipment.

2. Membrane formula and preparation technology. After more than ten years of hard work, we have the preparation technology and formula for a variety of different membrane materials, membranes, varieties, filtration precision, structure and application, and have independent innovation ability. The membrane materials studied and industrialized include PVC, PVDF, PES and PSF. It can prepare different precision filtration pore: microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration. It has been widely used in: pure water preparation, reclaimed water reuse, wine making, pharmaceutical, electroplating, printing and dyeing wastewater, food and beverage, seawater desalination, waste leachate wastewater treatment, cutting fluid wastewater treatment, material separation, etc.
