Notice of "2021 group standard project in the field of water environment treatment"

Members and related units:

In order to implement the spirit of "Regulations for the implementation of the standardization law of the people's Republic of China" and "measures for the administration of group standards", according to the relevant requirements of "measures for the administration of group standards of the China Environmental Protection Federation", the Secretariat of the China Environmental Protection Federation has decided to organize the collection of "2021 group standard projects in the field of water environmental governance"

1、 Declaration principle

（1） In line with the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations; in line with the national standard preparation rules; not in violation of the existing laws and regulations and national mandatory standards, effectively supplement the national standards, industry standards and other fields not involved;

（2） Facing the market, serving the industry, formulating and revising the policies in time according to the needs of the industry, and tracking the changes of the industry policies and situations in time;

（3） Group standard projects include water environment treatment technical standards, process standards, product standards, operation and management standards, work standards and other related contents；

（4） The group standard project application should have sufficient preliminary research basis, and the main technical indicators and standard content should be scientific and reasonable;

（5） The applicant voluntarily participates in the formulation and revision of group standards;

（6） The project declaration follows the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality.

2、 Declaration procedure

（1） The applicant shall carefully fill in the application form for the establishment and revision of group standards of China Environmental Protection Federation (see the annex), and submit it to the Secretariat of the Federation in the form of electronic version (word format) and paper version (in duplicate) with the official seal of relevant units;

（2） After the demonstration project is approved, it shall be organized and compiled in a unified way, and the specific work shall be carried out in accordance with the group standard management measures of China Environmental Protection Federation;

（3） The development cycle of group standards is generally one year. Under special circumstances, the group standards can be coordinated and extended after a written application is submitted to the Secretariat of the Federation;

（4） After the application of group standards, the Secretariat of the Federation will timely organize the review, review and approve the group standards according to the application situation, and uniformly number them, which will be published on the official website of the Federation（ http://www.acef.com.cn ）And national group standard information platform website（ http://www.ttbz.org.cn ）Release.

3、 Other matters

（1） The applicant should be familiar with the research status and the standard formulation and revision process in the field of water environment treatment, and seriously conduct research and demonstration to ensure the feasibility and operability of the declared standard project;

（2） In 2021, the deadline for application of group standard preparation project is April 30, 2021;

（3） The applicant shall have independent legal personality, and its name shall be consistent with the official seal;

（4） The application materials should be clear and accurate, and the patent issues should be truthfully filled in, and the supporting materials (copies) should be submitted.
