Li Chengjiang, born in 1956, is a professor level senior engineer majoring in water supply and drainage. Professor level senior engineer of North China Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute, executive director of editorial board of China water supply and drainage journal. He graduated from Harbin Institute of architecture and engineering, and has worked in North China design and Research Institute of municipal engineering since 1983. Now he is the chief engineer of the Institute. He has won many excellent design achievement awards from the Ministry of construction and Tianjin, such as Jizhuangzi sewage reuse project, 05 series of building standard Design Atlas - reclaimed water project, and participated in many scientific research projects, such as "2010 technical progress development plan of urban water supply line" And the overall compilation of "long-term goals for 2020" and "feasibility study on the treatment project of main water pollution sources in Nansihu Lake Basin". In 2013, according to the needs of the industry, we focused on the introduction and research of advanced treatment technologies for sewage treatment reaching class IV standard of surface level, and low water temperature (minimum 6 ℃) sewage treatment technologies in northwest, Qinghai and Tibet.

The 550000 m3 / D Jizhuang Zi sewage plant reserved to meet the class IV standard measures of surface level has been completed. Implementation case: the Qingdao high tech Zone has completed 18000m3/d sewage plant under the ground and 40000 m3 / D underground sewage plant in the south of Wenzhou. Underground sewage plants in Yantai, Shijiazhuang and Zhuhai are being designed. According to the characteristics of high concentration and complex and changeable leachate of municipal landfill, through the research and Engineering practice in recent years, Chengdu Chang'an landfill EPC project completed in 2013 adopts M The combination of Br, NF and roo3 catalytic oxidation technology can achieve the standard discharge of treatment water and membrane concentrated water, and the overall technology reaches the advanced level in China.

•In 2013, he participated in the revision of code for design of outdoor drainage, and the new code provides technical standard support for the preparation of urban drainage and waterlogging prevention planning.
•National "Eleventh Five Year" water project 2008zx07317 - 003 "Research on integrated incineration technology of wet sludge circulating fluidized bed in municipal wastewater treatment plant" passed the appraisal and acceptance in 2013, and built 100 tons of wet sludge on the basis of small-scale test and pilot test / Japan's production demonstration project, after two years of application and improvement, has formed a domestic technology package of process and equipment with independent intellectual property rights.
