As of October 15, all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) have organized all localities to complete and submit 342 key points of municipal water ecological environment protection and 52 key points of marine ecological environment protection. The Ministry of ecological environment organized relevant experts to carry out quality audit, and the planning points submitted by some areas failed to pass the audit.
