Jin Shuqin

Jin Shuqin, male, born in 1984 in Xinjian County, Jiangxi Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a doctor, a researcher, and a top-notch young talent of the national "ten thousand talents plan" (selected in 2019). He joined the rural economic research center of the Ministry of agriculture in 2010 and is now the director of the economic system research office. He has studied in Beijing University of science and technology, Wageningen University and Renmin University of China. The research field is agricultural resources and environmental economy and policy, including agricultural non-point source pollution control policy, agricultural green development theory, public policy evaluation, etc. He has presided over more than 30 national key R & D projects, key projects of national social science fund, special support plan for high-level talents of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, soft science of the Ministry of agriculture, financial special projects for agricultural ecological environment protection, published 4 monographs, edited 1 report, published more than 100 papers, including 2 papers in nature sub journal, won 2 provincial and ministerial scientific research awards, and was awarded the 2012-2013 agricultural science award He is an outstanding member of the Communist Party of China and an advanced individual of the national agricultural and rural system in 2019. His achievements have been approved by more than 20 leading comrades at or above the central and provincial levels.
