The main academic viewpoints are as follows
• In view of the adverse impact of the cascade development of the lower Jinsha River on the rare and endemic fish in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, this paper puts forward the idea of strengthening the protection of important tributaries and establishing alternative habitats. It is suggested that Chishui River and other tributaries should be included in the reserve, which provides a new mode and direction for the ecological protection of water in hydropower development For example, Heishui River and its Wudongde kuwei River are taken as important habitats for protection.
• In view of the lack of systematicness and standardization in international reservoir greenhouse gas monitoring, a monitoring method system for greenhouse gas effect of super large river power generation reservoir is established, and a multi-dimensional and multi-scale reservoir greenhouse gas three-dimensional monitoring system with matching fusion of ground fixed-point and large-scale telemetry with China's regional characteristics and reservoir characteristics is preliminarily formed It has a leading position in China. The greenhouse gas emission characteristics of super large river power reservoir in subtropical climate are preliminarily and systematically mastered, and the level of greenhouse gas emission factors for power generation of the Three Gorges project is proposed for the first time, which fills the gap of international and domestic research.
