In April 2020, the general office of Shenzhen Municipal Government assigned the construction task of the second phase reconstruction project of the existing pipe gallery, and listed it as an emergency project. In order to meet the monitoring and communication needs of the transformation of the pipe gallery, CSCEC intelligent has fully applied the comprehensive pipe gallery operation and maintenance scheme of "Internet of things + AI" technology to the project. The scheme makes full use of the Internet of things fusion communication technology such as "telephone short message, precise positioning, broadband transmission, intrusion detection positioning and tracking" provided by the smart line, combines with the actual needs of the business scene of the pipe gallery, and closely integrates with the AI ability of the robot. The traditional manual inspection mode is changed to the working mode of "robot daily inspection as the main, manual special inspection as the auxiliary", and has been implemented The integration and linkage under various business scenarios, such as automatic inspection, automatic station return, automatic accompanying inspection, intrusion linkage, construction supervision, daily visit and failure mode, are developed to minimize the frequency of personnel entering the corridor, greatly reduce costs and increase efficiency, and comprehensively assist the green and efficient operation and maintenance of the corridor.
