Shen Zhongtao, male, born in July 1959 in Haimen, Jiangsu Province, Han nationality, graduated from full-time university, Bachelor of engineering, senior engineer. He started work in July 1976 and joined the Communist Party of China in July 1998.

At present, he is deputy director (deputy department level) and member of the Party group of Hainan Provincial Water Affairs Department.
