The situation of ecological environment protection and social and economic development is complex and severe.

     NPC and CPPCC China will actively study the spirit of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Xi Jinping's ecological civilization and the spirit of the fourteenth sessions. In order to actively promote the construction of ecological environment and accelerate the transformation of economic mode, I will hold the "forum on environment and development in the fourteenth session" at -31, Baima Agricultural International Expo Center on October 29, 2020, Jiangsu. The forum focused on accelerating the construction of a modern environmental governance system, promoting the transformation of the mode of economic development, in-depth study and analysis of the new situation, new trends at home and abroad, as well as the "fourteenth five year" policy trends, so as to play a positive role in promoting the construction of ecological civilization. It is of great significance to do a good job in ecological environment protection. Especially in the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak, the Central Committee of the CPC centered on General Secretary Xi Jinping and insisted on the people centered policy making science, which ensured the health of the people. At present, Xi Jinping's idea of ecological civilization has been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The green and low carbon cycle has been vigorously promoted. The ecological environment governance system has been continuously improved, and the reform measures of ecological civilization have come into effect. At the same time, the environment at home and abroad is undergoing profound and complex changes, the external environment of economic development is becoming more complex and severe, the unstable and uncertain factors are increasing, and the situation of ecological environment protection is still grim. Under the increasing downward pressure of the economy, how to achieve high-quality economic development by promoting green development; how to adjust the industrial structure, energy structure, transportation institutions, as well as wildlife protection, coping with climate change, biodiversity protection and other issues will be global concerns in 2020.

    At the same time, China unswervingly implements the new development concept, firmly strengthens the determination to strengthen the construction of ecological environment protection, firmly wins the battle of pollution prevention and control, promotes the modernization of ecological environment governance system and governance capacity, closely focuses on the phased objectives and tasks of pollution prevention and control, highlights the precise, scientific and legal pollution control, and focuses on solving prominent problems to fight for the future Win the battle of pollution prevention and control, continuously improve the quality of ecological environment, speed up the construction of modern environmental governance system, promote high-quality economic development and ecological environment protection, firmly take the civilized development road of production development, rich life and good ecology, and build a beautiful China. 2020中国国际生态环境技术与装备博览会暨长三角环保领军企业成果展方案

一、背景

为贯彻落实习近平生态文明建设思想，积极促进生态建设和环境保护，同时，为积极推动长三角一体化发展，增强长三角地区创新能力和竞争能力，提高经济集聚度、区域连接性和政策协同效率，引领全国高质量发展、构建现代化环境治理体系，中华环保联合会定于2020年10月29日-31日在江苏省南京市举办2020中国国际生态环境技术与装备博览会暨长三角环保领军企业成果展（以下简称“展会”）。

中国国际生态环境技术与装备博览会坚持以“搭建环境友好成果的推广交流平台、培育环境友好成果的市场机制、拓展先进环保技术成果的应用范围”为宗旨，至今已成功举办了五届，得到了有关部委和各地环保部门的充分肯定和大力支持，受到了社会各界的一致好评。

改革开放特别是党的十八大以来，长三角一体化发展取得明显成效，经济社会发展走在全国前列，具备更高起点上推动更高质量一体化发展的良好条件，环保产业得到长足的发展，此次展会首次移师南京，旨在集中展示长三角地区环保产业技术成果以及取得的成绩和示范项目。
