     Founded on April 22nd, 2005, it is a non-profit and national organization of associations voluntarily formed by people, enterprises and institutions who are enthusiastic about environmental protection, registered by the Ministry of civil affairs and business guidance of the Ministry of ecological environment. Under the leadership of the Ministry of ecological environment and the Council, the Federation adheres to the working concept of "Greater China, greater environment and great union", and promotes the government to administer according to law, promote enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities through public interest litigation, environmental supervision and legal aid, and provide the government with ecological environment with the working concept of "Greater China, greater environment and great union". It promotes the government to perform social responsibilities according to law, and promotes the process of environmental legalization in China; provides the government with ecological environment The decision-making suggestions have been carried out to assist and cooperate with the government in achieving the national ecological environment goals and tasks; and a lot of work has been done in providing technical services, theoretical support and decision support for enterprises, serving the development of member enterprises and promoting industry self-discipline, and has fully played a bridge role between the government and the market and society. In July 2019, the China Environmental Protection Federation officially approved the preparation of the water environment management professional committee of China Environmental Protection Federation. The special committee will be composed of enterprises and institutions, social organizations and relevant units engaged in research, development, service, engineering, investment and environmental planning, evaluation, supervision, monitoring and management of water pollution control technology and industry, and will work under the guidance of the competent department of environmental protection to achieve common will.

    We should implement the principles and policies of the party and the government, abide by the constitution, laws and regulations, carry forward the concept of "Greater China, greater environment and greater union" of the China Environmental Protection Federation, unite experts, scholars and people in the field of water environment, play the role of bridge and link between government departments, social organizations, enterprises and institutions, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the industry and its members To promote the development and progress of the industry, and promote the continuous improvement of China's water environment quality.

    The special committee will give full play to the observer status of China Environmental Protection Federation in the UN Economic and Social Council, the UN Environment Programme and the United Nations Framework Convention on climate change, make full use of the cooperation network of non-governmental organizations along the Silk Road and the resources of IUCN members, and actively participate in International exchanges. One belt, one road, and other countries along the belt, will be promoted to promote the domestic drinking water safety, water resources development and utilization, sewage treatment and other mature technologies. At the same time, the "imported" will be actively developed to provide technical exchanges between foreign and environmental protection enterprises for member units, and introduce advanced international technology, products and management experience.

1. Support the constitution of China Environmental Protection Federation and voluntarily join the member committee of China Environmental Protection Federation

▌ membership procedure

1. Submit the application form, the business license of the organization or the registration certificate of the institution as a legal person (copy), the company profile, etc

2. The Secretariat of this association shall examine the application materials for membership, put forward examination opinions, and report them to the Council or the Standing Council for confirmation

3. After the approval of joining the association, a notice will be sent out. The organization that joins the association will pay the membership fee within 10 working days after receiving the notice and become a full member of the association. The Secretariat of the association will issue the sign and membership certificate, and publish it to the society through the website of the association

4. In accordance with the regulations, the association shall provide its members with the receipts of membership dues of social organizations printed (supervised) by the Ministry of finance. A member may, if necessary, file with the relevant branch of the association and automatically become a member of the branch

2) A person in charge or representative of the unit may be recommended as a member representative of the member congress of the association to exercise the right to vote, stand for election and vote

4) Actively organize and assist to apply for the recommendation of relevant projects (Topics) or qualifications of relevant national departments

5) Entrusted organization to carry out technical evaluation and identification, technology promotion, information release, environmental business training, investment and financing and other services

6) Advice. We can provide expert consulting services and solutions for environmental problems, such as comprehensive pollution control plan, energy conservation and emission reduction plan, environmental risk assessment, clean production, green development strategy, etc

▶ Executive director unit

1) Enjoy the basic rights of the governing unit

2) The standing director unit recommends a person in charge as the candidate of the Council, and the Secretariat of the Council shall review it, put forward the audit opinions and submit it to the Council or the Standing Council for approval. According to the relevant provisions of the articles of association, they shall enjoy the rights and obligations of directors and participate in the Council meeting; after the directors leave the original unit, they shall recommend new representatives to the Secretariat of the Council in writing

3) Provide expert consultation service for environmental problems encountered by the executive director, propose solutions, one enterprise and one policy, and guide the development of the project

4) For the industry or regional affairs of the unit, suggestions can be made to the Secretariat of the association, and the Secretariat shall assist the organization of relevant industrial or regional exclusive activities in the name of the association

▶ Vice chairman unit

1) Enjoy the basic rights of the executive director unit

2) The vice president unit designates a person in charge as a candidate for the standing director of this Council (or may also apply to be a candidate for the vice president). The Secretariat of this Council will review the candidate, put forward the review opinions, and report them to the Council of this Council or the Standing Council for approval. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the articles of association of the association, they shall enjoy the rights and obligations of the executive director (or vice chairman) and participate in the meeting of the executive director (or the chairman's office meeting); after leaving the original unit, the representative of the executive director (or vice chairman) shall recommend a new representative in writing to the Secretariat of the association

4) If the person in charge does not elect the vice-chairman of the Council, he may propose to the Secretariat of the Council that a person in charge attend the chairman's office meeting as a nonvoting member
