Born in December 1964 in Zibo City, Shandong Province, professor and doctoral supervisor of Beijing University of technology, visiting professor of Tokyo University, national registered environmental protection engineer. In 1985, 1988 and 1995, he obtained bachelor's degree in water supply and drainage, master's degree in environmental engineering and doctor's degree in environmental engineering from school of municipal environment, Harbin Institute of technology. From 1996 to 1999, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Chiba University, Japan. From 2006 to 2007, he was a researcher in Tokyo University, Japan. In 2000, he won the title of Beijing Science and technology star, and in 2006, he won the title of Beijing young and middle-aged backbone teacher. Two second prizes and one third prize of science and technology progress at provincial and ministerial level were awarded; Won 1 second prize of excellent books at ministerial level and 1 first prize of provincial environmental protection science and technology progress award; He has won the highest prize of excellent thesis of "China water supply and drainage" for many times. He has edited 5 Monographs (Translations), 2 national standards, 5 monographs and textbooks, and obtained more than 10 patents. He has published in water research, biochemical engineering journal, process biochemistry and water science & Technology》、《Journal ofResiduals Science & Technology, China Environmental Science, Journal of environmental science, China water supply and drainage, environmental science, modern chemical industry, water supply and drainage, Journal of Harbin Jianzhu University, Journal of solar energy, environmental engineering, Journal of Harbin Institute of technology More than 170 papers have been published in journals and conferences at home and abroad such as environmental pollution control technology and equipment, among which nearly 40 papers have been included in SCI and EI.

▶ Scientific research achievements
It has won 2 second prizes and 1 third prize of provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress, 1 second prize of excellent books and 1 first prize of provincial environmental protection scientific and technological progress, and has won the highest prize of excellent paper of China water supply and drainage for many times.
